New Big Dragon One Buck Sale! (D30 DM Companion, D30 Sandbox Companion, Basic Psionics, More)
I don't know for how long the prices are going to be in effect, but as of this moment, New Big Dragon's entire catalogue in PDF is either a buck or it's free.
+Richard LeBlanc does some amazing work and is one of the pillars of OSR creativity.
If you don't already have the D30 Sandbox Companion, D30 DM Companion, Basic Psionics, Creature Compendium or Valley of the Five Fires, now is your chance to get them for a buck each.
There are other goodies. Petty Gods: Revised & Expanded Edition is free (I wrote two of the Gods within) as are other releases.
Go, help yourself to some OSR goodness.
Remember, all purchases using The Tavern's RPGNow affiliate links puts 5% of your purchase price into The Tavern's coffers. Don't leave that money on the table for the greedy corps! Tip your barman! ;)
The d30 Sandbox and d30 DM Companion are almost essential to anyone running an old school campaign.
ReplyDeleteThe sale is in honor of my fifth anniversary of blogging today. So if you buy each of the one dollar titles it's five dollars total. Sale ends tonight (Tuesday) at midnight CST.
ReplyDeleteValley of Five Fires is one of my top five modules, period (regardless of system or era), FYI. Everyone should check it out.....it is exactly the format and presentation I like this kind of module in, and is the first module I will run if I ever return to B/X D&D. As it is, I have plans for my 5E adaptation.
ReplyDeleteI heartily recommend them all!
ReplyDeleteI already had the print versions of d30 DM Companion, d30 Sandbox Companion and Petty Gods. Now I have the digital versions too.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 5th anniversary, Mr LeBlanc.
Thanks for posting this. This was a great deal. Congrats on the anniversary.
ReplyDeletePurchased. :)
ReplyDeleteSo nice.
ReplyDeleteCurse the time difference between the UK and the US ... I missed this :-(
ReplyDeleteoh darn! I missed it too.
ReplyDeleteMissed it as well. Luckily I own most of it already, but there are a few things I would have grabbed.
ReplyDeleteDamn! I always see this stuff the next morning and miss it :(
ReplyDeleteI would have bought their whole sale catalog. Been eyeing it for a long while.
