What makes this even more interesting, is that the above trademark was approved (as best as I can tell) on June 16th, 2021.

So they never applied for the TSR name (which they could have totally had) but they applied for ripoffs of the vintage logos (which anyone could tell would bring action from WotC)? That sounds pretty incompetent even for these guys.

ReplyDeleteWhy would it "bring action" from Wizards? Wizards doesn't use the trademarks. Did they even acquire them? If so, what have they done to retain them?
