I was a huge fan of the ElfQuest comic back in my college days (the late 80s, early 90s) and still own the ElfQuest RPG from Chaosium. I lost track of the comic when my trips to Forbidden Plant in lower Manhattan, but I still have my originals bagged.

Bought them when they first coming out myself, and after a 2020 re-read I can attest that they still hold up today. Good stuff. Still have a Madcoil miniature from the old Ral Partha range sitting in my oddball monster collection, which got some table time in 13th Age last year. Mt players were suitably freaked out, none of them had read the series. One of them thought it was a porn comic, amusingly enough.
