I am a massive fan of the TinyD6 system for those not in the know. It is simple yet covers all the nooks and crannies you need for the various genres without going overboard. Simple and elegant.
That said, SAINTs & Synners: TinyD6 Edition Core Rulebook is a TinyD6-engined game that had escaped my attention before seeing it as today's DTRPG's Deal of the Day. Typically, it is 14.99 in PDF format, but until tomorrow morning, SAINTs & Synners will be on sale for 3 bucks. Already added to my digital gaming collection :)
